VBCW AAR: The battle of Happy Land
« on: 05 September 2011, 12:42:22 PM »
Hi,

had a great VBCW game last week - details on my blog at http://hereford1938.blogspot.com/2011/09/battle-of-happy-land.html.

The local LDV militia takes on the combined might of the Blackshorts and some treacherous scarecrows!

I didn't know there was an area of Ledbury called Happy Land. What a daft name!  :)

Good to see more locally-based action. You need to build a scale model of the Malvern Hills next and have a big fight on it.

I used to drive past a road sign for the 'Land of Nod' frequently in Yorkshire...

Good looking game.

Adding to the odd names - part of the parish where I live is listed as "Nowhere" on local maps!

Great looking game. The Blackshorts look like they are lined up for a race. Dig their armor support move to far in front of them?
