VBCW: The Patriot
« on: September 08, 2011, 08:15:23 AM »

The Patriot in both name and camoflage. Rumour has it that Moseley himself drives around in
this vehicle. Whether that's because of ego or nerves is unknown. To celebrate the brave
leaders new transport a free-thinking BUF member decided to paint it in the "Patriot" camoflage
scheme, of his own invention. The poor chap is now a recruiting officer on the Isle of Sheppey,
which is only very slightly better than being shot.

It's the copplestone K48 Vickers Medium Mk. II Tank... and tbh for the cost the quality isn't what
you expect. Did try getting in touch with them via email but they don't answer emails from customers...
or so it seems.

I like it, but then, I like the story that the only way you could paint abstract art in Nazi Germany was by pretending it was experimental tank camoflage.

In an only tangentally-related question, where's the machine-gunner from? I'm considering reactivating my VBCW project and need a machine-gunner (among others) in a forage cap type headgear, with spats or puttees...
