40K kits as Weird WWII models
« on: November 19, 2007, 01:02:41 AM »
I picked up a huge amount of 40K stuff today and 99% of it is heading off to eBay.

I have some Earthshaker Emplacement kits and some Basilisks that are going to get turned into large AA or artillery pieces to be used as terrain/objectives but I also picked up a series of Leman Russ tanks with the demolisher turrets that I am thinking of using as US Telsa tanks

Does anyone think these would look okay as American experimental tanks?

Additionally, does anyone think that the new Imperial Guard Sentinels would look good as German walkers?

Can't comment on the US kits but the sentinels should work very well.

I'm actually planning on using a baneblade or landraider as a chassis for a P1000 Landkruezer in 15mm.

I too have plans for the Baneblade as well. A German "super tank" for the US Tesla tanks to attack.  :)

I've got a German Sentinel walker on my workbench.
