These are great little minis... Swappable heads and they come with tridents or rifles for fighting over who will be eaten first.  The heads could be painted as real tentacle-mutant heads, or masks worn by humans, or swapped with some human heads.

I've only painted two, since I blew all my energy on the bases ;)

Very nice paint jobs and spectacular basing man! You really nailed it: Looking at these pictures, I have to constantly remind myself that these are in 15mm scale!
