White Knight - did you know there were three games in that series, the Village of Fear was just part of a trilogy ?

Can't remember what was in the other games.
Gary, Glynis, and Alasdair (there are three of us, but we are too mean to have more than one login)

Yes I do know, though the other sets didn't have such juicy bits.  :)

Oh, I don't know about that... the first one had a big piece that paints up as a jungle temple (and as soon as I have access to all of my gaming crap again, I *will* finish it up as a GWAR temple).  Of course, on this side of the pond, the first one is the only one we saw.

Scenery-making supplies, rather than finished scenery, but still cool enough to share.

Two big bags of plastic plant material, designed for reptile cages and such, destined for a much more interesting fate as more 28mm jungle terrain! Nice leafy stuff, which I was having trouble finding.

I'm going to tuck some into my existing sections of jungle terrain, then proceed to make new stuff soonish.

Those are nicer than the usual plastic junk found at, say, Michaels! Good score!
Television is rather a frightening business. But I get all the relaxation I want from my collection of model soldiers. P. Cushing

The pet store to the rescue. Just for bonus goodness, this particular pet store is right across the parking lot from our local Michael's Craft Stuporstore. So I can be a non-pet-owner in the petstore, then go be the only male customer in Michael's.  :D

I seem to be on a bit of terrain-buying kick; I just bought a set of Pegasus stone walls, the 6" plastic fieldstone ones. More stone walls have been on my "things I should get around to making" list for ages, and I've finally done the math and realized the Pegasus ones are a good bargain!

Of course, I've already filed the mold lines off, washed them, and basecoated them black for a thorough proper repainting!

(image yanked from thewarstore.com, I'll do a quick illustrated repainting howto over on the Workshop forum this coming week...)

Three Star Wars chess pieces- two stormtroopers and a clone trooper. They'll make nice statues.

Small piece of Sewers of Aldwark, Aintsy by Old Crow. Good casting, nice range.
Here it is with a quick paint and a couple of figures:

Wow, that's pretty marvellous. Is that how it came, or have you painted it at all? And, can you introduce me to your friends-and-relations please?

::) (This is me looking nonchalant.)

It came like that, I did nothing to it except ask HB to pose with it for the pictures.  ;D

Nice one, that first picture looks like its straight off the page. Just needs something huge lurking in the shadows and a wee speech bubble of Hellboy saying "C'mon, ugly, I ain't gonna hurt ya..."  lol
