Great for VSF, Pulp, Swashbukling, etc., as well as sword & sorcery, whether you need a tasteful pirate's treasure cave or just a capital building for the discerning dark lord.  The highest cave mouth stands 70mm from tabletop to highest point of opening.  I use it with 15mm, and it looks great.  Pretty affordable, too.

Pet shop's are a great source of terrain for wargames.

Cosign.  I also have a pagoda (lost temple in the jungle), a sphinx, a stone pharoah on a throne, and many other such pieces.  As you say, a great source of terrain.

EXCELLENT FIND...there are some really cool pieces on that site. I rather like this one:

Of course, I'd probably want to check it out in the flesh/whatever for size.

I think that one is pretty small, even for 15mm.

A lot of my dedicated terrain is from the pet store. The best of it is made by Europet Bernina (I've shown several of them on the Latest scenery received thread). I have loads of caves, Egyptian stuff, Greek mythology, some oriental and lots of jungle stuff, including a forest worth of different exotic tree types.

Nice piece. I can see that rizing out of the red sands of Mars or the jungles of Venus. As well as some pirate harbor some where.

Definitely.  Also, of course, aquarium terrain makes excellent VSF Captain Nemo stuff, since much of it is overgrown with seaweed.

If I had a minis gamer on my list, a trip to the pet store before Christmas would be warranted.

It does look bigger in the pictue than it is in real life though. It is still really nice.
