POWs escaping from Stalinist gulag? I know penguins are southern hemisphere - but what if they escaped from a zoo?
The PoWs escaped from a Stalinist zoo?

As far as rules go (and I only say this as I'm working on some for Shocking Tales #4) I would use some sort of 'Exposure' rules. Similar to the rules for 'Starvation' in Shocking Tales #3. Giant sightless penguins are a must as well.

I don't see anything about starvation in ST#3... ;)

Perhaps it could turn out that instead of it being in the Arctic, the whole adventure was actually taking place in a Dutch zoo? (Topical joke for fans of 'Life in the Freezer' or 'Snowy Planet' or whatever it's called)

Yes, I'm waiting for someone to complain to the BBC that the dinosaurs in Walking With.... weren't real, too....   :o

I rather suspect Mike was referring to Shocking Tales #2, which does feature starvation rules.  We've been juggling around so many rules in development lately, it's hard to keep our heads straight.

I've been mulling over ideas for an Arctic Black Dossier, complete with Mountie allies, sled dogs and herds of vicious caribou.  Not sure where/when that'll appear, but definitely something I eventually need to do.
