Carnivorous Plant Models
« on: 10 December 2007, 09:21:53 AM »
I'm looking to populate the unknown lands selected for my group's expeditions, hunts and adventures with some more vegetative nasties, not just hungry reptiles and rampaging megafauna.

I've been trying to catalogue some of the carnivorous plant models available out there, but havent found too many yet – can you point out any more?

cheers and thanks
Paul

The Armorcast plants live again!

Fenryll had some plant monsters, but I can't seem to find them in their catalog.

Sorry I'm a bit late to the game here, but thought I'd mention that HLBS has triffids:

Pendraken have a carniverous plant (called Audrey) in their 10mm fantasy line, although no pictures :

Minifigs used to make man-eating plants in their Valley of the Four Winds fantasy range (many years ago, but they still crop up every now and then) again no pictures :

Gary, Glynis, and Alasdair (there are three of us, but we are too mean to have more than one login)

I just happened to notice Modeler's Attic makes some carnivorous plants. They're a bit crude (and the website is annoying to navigate), but still...

"When to keep awake against the camel's swaying or the junk's rocking, you start summoning up your memories one by one, your wolf will have become another wolf, your sister a different sister, your battle other battles, on your return from Euphemia, the city where memory is traded." - Italo Calvino
