Brrr... Makes me cold just looking at it.
It needs a sauna for Bond to lounge in wrapped only in his towel (and shoulder-holster, obviously).
Really superb.
Please tell us what he used for the snow. Most miniature snow looks sh*t. David's looks totally real

The snow-
My first choice of snow is the Woodland scenics snow scatter. When I came to buy more of this everywhere seemed to be sold out so I went for a very similar product (So similar I can't tell the difference) from Delux Materials in the UK
http://www.deluxematerials.co.uk/pages/scenicproducts.htmIt is the Scenic Snowflakes on the above page.
I find it very important to paint the ground work first as you shake this snow on so it takes alot to cover up everything so if you paint the groundwork well you don't have to worry about missing bits. Also, I think it makes more convincing snow if you can see some ground showing through.
I first of all cover the area I want snow on with watered down pva. I then sprinkle the snow all over but not too thickly. I then spray the snow with very watered down PVA. I have found it very important to mix in some surgical spirit which helps the mix get 'into' the snow. If you dont add the spirit then the water/pva mix just sits ontop of the snow and is worse than useless.
The pva then soaks into the snow. You can then add more snow and then more pva spray. I tend to add more snow near walls etc where it could have been blown into small drifts.
When you are happy with the look do a final spray of glue.
By then it is really soaked so leave it to dry on a flat surface. I find it can be a good 24 hours before it dries but when it has you should have rock hard snow. You will have missed bits or you may want to add more- just repeat until you are happy.
I have had no complaints about the durability of the snow done like this so as far as I know it does work. It it did start the wear then it is easy to add more using the same process or , because you have painted the ground work, the wearing effect may not be a problem as you just get earth showing through.
Anyway, that is how I do it. I think I have a fuller explanation on my blog if it helps:
