Do these rules have an Experience system for leveling up after games? It looks like a good game, but the group i am with want the next game to allow leveling up after games.

AFAIK yes, for heroes at least (no idea about the henchmen), tho the campaign rules in the Character Creation beta file are neither very extensive nor very well explained.
