Yeah well executed!

Would a landing strip of sorts be completely out of the place?

I've thought about adding landing pads and fuel stations in the big open space but this station is suppose to look like a hardscrable pit stop.  It's something that I can and might put in at a later date.

Well that's a wretched hive of scum and villainy.  I think some of your support pylons are made from plastic hair curlers.  Clever, and they actually look good.  I also see two travel coffee mugs... and the GI Joe "SHARC".  What were those fast-looking aircraft, originally? (like the blue one in the first pic foreground)

I have been following progress on this since it started.  Welll done on getting it finished, it looks great.

Papa:  It's a Hot Wheels kit.  Here is a post I made about it.  http://ironworkersminiatures.blogspot.com/2011/05/station-42-mr-biggs-gets-flying-car.html

I couldnt find those in my vicinity so when on a trip to the US in September I hunted a few down for use in a Mega City One (Dredd) setting, so they were still available then.  I also to picked up a Batmobile (the current tank-like Christain Bale Batmobile) from the same range.  All thanks to Ironworkers heads-up :)

The meat trays as the tops are BRILLIANT

I agree ! Very clever ! It would be also good for fallout style post apoc scenery, I guess.

Absolutely beautiful. I've already copied the barrels for my own gaming table, and some of the other pieces may get the same treatment! Your work is really inspiring, particularly the ingenuity in repurposing found parts.
