Good start, but not shooty enough. At the very least, each of your standard sections/squads should include a LMG (historically this would be a Bren, or use a packed .30cal in the SoTR world).
A late WW2 platoon would have three sections, each of theoretically 10 men (but could be less) with a SMG, a Bren LMG and the rest with rifles (Paras and commandos would have more SMGs, late war commandos could also have some M1 carbines).
Support weapons allocated the a platoon were 2" (light) mortar and PIAT - these could be allocated to iindividual sections or kept with the command group. Ant-tank rifles were not used in the real WW2, but are an excellent way of shooting mechs and monsters!
Consider moving your anti-tank weapon into one of the sections (or one per section) - this would allow you to replace the AT rifle team with something else - maybe a 3" mortar or HMG to give you some better fire support - or perhaps an assault team with SMGs and one or two flame throwers for toasting monsters
