Wow Froggy!
That's really cool. I love it when people successfully pull off stuff like this.  :-*

She's a beauty.  :-*
Great stuff.
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

I got some of these 'toys' at a bring & buy (end of last year) & was about to use them as troop transports for 15mm Sci-Fi but yours is a much better idea. Well done my fine fellow! 'Now what happens if I pull this lever here.....'

That looks really nice. I really like your conversion work, and the name is absolutely perfect for this great contraption. Well done sir!

It's fate Froggy, just yesterday my 10 year-old went through his toybox for a clear-out and handed me this same toy.  "I don't want this Dad, you should convert it."  Now I know how.  Thanks and great work.
This is my boomstick!

I've got a second of these toys converted and primed, too - having done the first and gotten to know the model I was able to do the conversion (and rivets) in two hours yesterday.  I didn't have the same capacitor I used for the boiler, so this one's got a longer snout and will hopefully be a convincing Galvanic Warthog.

We'll see what happens.

Why isn't there an emoticon of a green-headed chap clapping?

Yet again, Froggy, you've produced something marvellous. Gotta love the rawl-plug smokestacks I reckon.

Did I see a WIP thread for this, or did I just imagine it?

Red Orc - not that I'm aware of, but this project's been sitting unfinished for months, so I may have at one point and then forgotten.

Here's The Galvanic Warthog, as I had a second of the original toy:

And because someone will ask, here's a group shot:
