Byblos, we should dub you "Lord of the FLIES" for that glorious fly class gunboat!  :D

Nice use of the Reviresco bits, and great modelling of a historical boat.

That is superb! What are the dimensions of the model? Looks to be about 15-18" long or so?

At scale it should be circa 27' !!!

I choose 20' / 50 cm to be more practical ...

( I don't know if "practical" is a good term in english language )

Excuse me for my not so good english i'm french !!!

Great work, but what really impresses me is the fact that you found a side view picture of one that's not covered in awnings i've been looking for one for quite a while lol lol

"Practical" is exactly the right word for what you mean.

Great work.

Is it me or is the "crow's nest" a bit tilted?

Yes , i need to rectify ...  :?

Not to worry, we all saw. More of a 'quibble'. ;->=

That looks great.  I'd love to see a crew member or two on deck for scale.

That is superb! What are the dimensions of the model? Looks to be about 15-18" long or so?

See? The direct question is best!  lol

I wasn't sure; are the large grid boxes 10 CM? If so, it had to be at least half again as big, me thought.

"Practical" is exactly the right word for what you mean.

I HATE it when someone who worries about his English speaks better than I! ;->=

Excellent work.

I should just like to point out, that as he's in France, he might have a different take on the use of the phrase.  ;)

Awesome work, indeed!

How long must we wait for battle scenes? Purchase and painting of a crew? The opposition? River terrain?!?!?  lol

Sorry , it was a long work  lol but now it's (almost) finished !

The flag could be changed ...

I have to paint a crew now , i think about Woodbine Design english with Wolseley and maybe Copplestone officer(s) ...

The model with it's base is about 60/65 cm long ...

Hope you enjoy  :)

(I edited the first post with new photos and datas about the prototype)
