Future for PVA?
« on: February 19, 2012, 12:36:31 AM »
Well, as the subject states, would Future floor wax be a decent substitute for PVA over the top of sand on terrain pieces?  I normally use watered down PVA over sand which does a great job of holding down sand but was thinking that Future might do the job as well.  I think that Future would flow better but I am not sure if it is thick enough to really hold down basing sand.
Thoughts?
Mike

I don't think so.  Future does not act as a binder as far as I know.  It would help, but I don't it will keep anything in place.

Well, I went ahead and gave it a try.  Gonna let it sit over night.  I will report back in the AM.
Thanks for your reply
