Elizabethan Swashbucklers -
« on: February 26, 2012, 10:13:26 PM »
Guy's

I am kicking off a new project for 2012.
The Anglo–Spanish War (1585–1604) seems to be largely ignored by Wargamers in general which seems perfect for my reputation of doing periods less well known.

The wars were an intermittent conflict between the kingdoms of Spain and England that was never formally declared. With the potential for games in the Netherlands or potential landings of Spanish forces on English Soil or as far afield as the Indies or Ireland.

What started as as a quick project over Christmas to find an excuse to use a bunch of Mantic Zombies using the Pike Shot & Zombie Rules has taken on a life of it's own.

You can find out more and follow developments on my blog.
