Coureur Des Bois
« on: 27 February 2012, 12:52:31 AM »
Start of a new project:

Fur Trade Wars

This is the first test model.

Mega close up...

Thought I'd share. 30 or so more planned, then Voyageurs and some Natives... going to use Mordheim rules and make up a few gangs

He's quite a stout fellow - almost dwarven looking.  :D

I'm trying really hard not to like this model or the idea of a range of these...  :-*

Maybe if I spend my money on other toys, I'll avoid getting sucked into more genres...  though these guys probably fir in nicely with my foundry rugged outdoors collection..

Did you already find a company willing to release them?

He looks good.
Did the others get done?

Are they in production?

I like the detail on the leggings and the coon skin hat is well done. Great figure.

Shouldn't this be in Muskets,Pikes & Flouncy shirts instead of Fantasy?

Coureur des bois as a troop type could go either way, taxonomically speaking.
