What kind of attitude is that? Would it belittle your extensive research to post a picture or a reference.  That should be quite easy for you if you have 25 years experience with the topic.  Please enlighten us poor ignorant fools.

Irritating.

I really like these. As for proportions, I think its the hang of the clothes (and beards in some cases) themselves that give the impression that they are mis-proportioned. I've stared at these a lot and tried to look under the clothes (no law against it) and I'm happy with them.

Dont be lazy, do it your self. I have spent more than 25 years studing the subject, handsewing, buying/borrowing material, going to craft classes, traveling the world visiting museums and events. So no, I will not.

Explains why you didn't have the time to pick up some civility or attend charm school then.  ::)

Nevertheless I'll stick with wanting something along the lines of what I posted, however wrong or unhistorical it may be, for my fantasy setting.

The real William Tell was, supposedly (I didn't spend 25 years checking), a member of the German archery guild, the Brotherhood of St Mark, who were also known as ... the Marx Brothers.  Really.

Not that I want to put ideas into anyone's head, of course.
Back from the dead, almost.

I have to disagree, even being especially forgiving with guessing where the chin and top of the head is these models are at most 5 heads tall.

A human is 7 to 8 heads tall.

Also the hands hang down to knee level rather than mid-thigh.

However I wouldn't dream of saying they are "mis-proportioned" this is obviously just the style chosen for them, which is sadly not one I am a great fan of.

I cannot think of one single solitary justification for buying these figures. They are not a period I play, they require superb painting, far beyond my meager capabilities, they are likely to cost me money I don't have, they are an inexcusable indulgence, I would buy them and then just sit and look at them, never knowing what to do with them....but they are so superb I will not be able to eat or sleep until I get some!

Brilliant. Just brilliant. :-*
