28mm BoB Rastas
« on: March 13, 2012, 09:01:59 PM »
Put a unit together for our recent BoB game, set in China. So, obviously, Rastafarians they just had to be.
Here's Clarence 'Bun Man' Ukelele, head of the Loin of Judah Posse with some of the other lads and their band.

Two of the ones in front look like Foundry Pathans.  I'm guessing the other is from Foundry's DA or India line. Drummers are perhaps Foundry DA?

Regardless, they are BRILLIANT.  I nearly died laughing when I first saw them

Best units I've ever seen.  Conceived on the bonkers battleground of our Darkest Africa campaigns (return to the heart of darkness, the mote in gods eye, et al), forged on the last battle in the last campaign where they took down a company of Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders (or "Abroath and Sunderland Highlanders" as 'Bun Man Ukelele' habitually refers to them as), and made real for 'The Good, the Mad and the Damned' by the genius imagination and modelling skills of Smirnoff.  Sir, I salute you!

All limitations are self imposed.  Work hard and dream big.

Smirnoff,
Exactly the kind of inspired madness carried out with the highest expertise that I expect from the League of Extraordinary Kriegspielers  :o :o
