Borderlands style containers
« on: 19 March 2012, 11:44:05 AM »
I saw some borderlands style containers were being produced at one point, but I can't remember by which company. They look like the chests and lockers in this link:
http://borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Container
(I would have posted pics but my internet connection is a bit rubbish atm).

From memory they were cast in metal. They even had blank panels on them to paint green like the ones in-game. I was thinking Black Cat Bases had them, but I can't find them on their website (I've just gone through all 1779 of their new products). A search around here hasn't yielded results either, neither has a basic internet search.
Anyone remember them?
I sure hope I didn't just make them up  :?

Actually, i don't think that any manifacturer is allowed to sculpt something this similar to a product protected by copyright!

I haven't seen anything like this, and soon i'm planning to make my own (for Wreck Age), but they won't be released before a couple of months.

I've seen those also, so you're not making them up.
And yes, BCB was the first that came to mind.

Thanks Commander, they are exactly what I was looking for.
Zizi666, I guess my memory was a bit fuzzy when it came to the material, but at least they exist!
