« on: 31 March 2012, 02:06:32 PM »
A couple of Doctor Who Adventures freebies.

(See http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=39569.msg466615#msg466615 for context.)

Two versions of Moriarty for my "Sherlock and Holmes" thread.

(More photos at http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=38287.15.)

The second half of my set of minis for the 1964 Doctor Who story "Marco Polo".

(More photos at http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=35262.msg456182#msg456182.)

And also the first eleven minis for the next Doctor Who story, "The Keys of Marinus", which I'll post when I've completed the set.

Edit: And here they are:

They still need some foliage adding to their bases, but I did actually finish painting something, and it's the start of my VSF adventures:

Sorry the pictures are blurry.

I hear you. Two months for me. Just a lull period is all though.

I finished up whole sections of Russian Civil War figures, both Reds & Whites in March.

Two dozen White Cossack infantrymen, thirty-some regular White riflemen, officers to match. Hordes of scruffy Bolsheviks. I had a lot of them finished before last month, but did finish at least thirty during March, including the first ten Red sailors to give my Bolshies some more élan.

Most of the painting is strictly army-level painting, nothing special and nothing that would survive closeups! Some of the character figures I do want to get good photographs of soon, though, and that first unit of Red Sailors I did as a test paint came up very nicely indeed.

Ten months ago I had no Russian Civil War figures at all; now I have somewhere north of 140 of them all painted and fieldable, and more on the way!
