What do you think of their 28mm lines?

I think their Spanish looks quite ok but there seems to be some issues with their service mentioned on TMP so I hesitate to order

I ordered some of their Spanish Napoleonic figures. 

When I finally got the figures, I initially thought they were the wrong scale.  They looked too small to me.  But, when I measured them they are actually 28mm (foot to eye).  The thing is that they are so fine (thin) that they look wrong.

When I compared them to the Front Rank and Brigade Games Spanish they just looked too out of place to use together.

Some of the detail on the figures seems too fine to me.  I was afraid that priming them might actually obscure some of the detail.  In the end I decided to send them back for a refund.

And yes, their service and communication was pretty poor throughout the entire process.  On the plus side, I used Paypal so I eventually got my refund.
