Giacomo Mercator, Celestial Wizard
« on: April 15, 2012, 04:51:06 PM »
Finally painted my Mercator and found a way to incorporate him in my Chaos Dwarf collection

More info on the model as well as the fluff I brewed around it:

Aye, I told Johan as recent as, yeah, when you used him in the LPL  ;) , that he is perhaps the best model we have had so far in versatility and style

VERY NICELY DONE! I love the way you did his face...very expressive.
The mini looks to be quite versatile; he'd make a fine Galileo/Renaissance style  scientist...just paint the sphere as a globe.

It is a great figure. I'm almost regretting sending my extra copy to the Prof as there are so many different ways you can paint it.

Fantastic.   :)

Is the figure available for purchase, or one of those limited Ed things?

It was the limited edition thingie of the past Crisis show, so unless your lucky on some second hand store or eBay (the official name was just Mercator fyi) you might have a hard time getting one
