Mounted Hussar Drummer Miniature?

Hello,
I'm kicking around making a drummer for my Hinterland Miniatures Leibhusaren company, and I was wondering if anyone makes a 28mm Hussar drummer on horse. I asked on TMP and only had one response.

I suspect I'll have to do some conversion and sculpting, but I was hoping to have something to start with.

The Hinterland parts are already on the way
I was hoping that I wouldn't have to sculpt drums and the cloth panels but it's looking like I'll have to.

You could perhaps use the arms and the kettledrums from a 1700 period mounted kettle-drummer - Front Rank perhaps?

Have you tried Tradition they have lots of nice bits, you might also look at WWII full dress bandsmen
