The miners are in the first photo, and the half jacks are in the fifth one, I believe.

The second photo, if I recall correctly, is the steam turtles from Jeff Valent Studios' Great Rail Wars figures.

Mad scientist with an army of mechanical miscreants.... What's not to like!!!!
I love themed armies. Excellent stuff.

PM

I have another mad scientist army that I am slowly working on for Venus, sort of Doctor Moreau but with plants. this is the work of Doctor Vardu, an eminent biologist, working in Venusstaadt (the German colony on Venus).

I have a few minis done for him - I'll take some pics and post them this weekend, hopefully.

That's what I though they were!!!  Did you buy them recently?

That's quite a collection.  :-*

I really like those Parroom Station figs.
I have a few in desperate need of a repaint.  ;D

No, I got them about two years ago. And it took the better part of three months to get them from Valent.

Don't think so. If I come across any I'll let you know.

That would be amazing, because I think JV is out of business now....

I'm not sure what his status is. I know he is not producing figures right now, but I don't know if that's a permanent thing or not.

I do wish if he were not interested in or able to continue producing the figures any longer that he would license or sell the line to someone who was interested in it.
