The American and The Genius
« on: 11 May 2012, 03:11:41 PM »
Ive painted up a few figures as Marvel and DC characters in the past, but all of a sudden ive gotten into the idea of painting 'my own' heroes and villains.  The first hero:

The American!  (A pulp city figure)

The first villain - The Genius!  (Actually, I need a name for this guy...any suggestions?  He is actually 'The Guru' from Crooked Dice)

I need to get on the ball and get some Reaper stuff, some more Pulp City (great figures if you havent seen them), and Im really looking forward to Crossover Miniatures!

The Manichaean? The Dualist? Dr. Dialectic ? Biskelion? Agent Catalyst? BiPolar?

Great work J!  I'm also a big fan of making 'my own' supers, keep them coming!

Nice work! The blacks on the Genius look great. I love the white tights on the American.  :-*

Very nice.

As for the Genius - what about The Savant?

Thanks very much everyone!  I really like some of the suggestions put forward for The Guru.

I think I like 'Agent Catalyst' and 'Bipolar'!

Agent Catalyst should have an ursine side-kick called The BiPolar Bear. Who might or might not tear you limb from limb, depending on how he feels that day...
from Mr.Vampire: "It's the paintjob that makes the miniature fight harder not the size."
