Treebeard assembly instructions?

I've just picked up a metal Citadel/GW Treebeard from a certain internet auction site and after carefully stripping the paint and superglue off it have to reassemble it.  I could probably muddle through Ok but if anybody could point me to a downloadable instruction sheet it would be really appreciated.

Contact GW and tell 'em you got the kit without instructions (little white lie, I know) and ask for a copy. I know several other people who've done this.
