I'm not really full of ideas today. Need a pulpish name for a miniature adventure, for the heroine. She's a journalist. Any ideas?

My all time favourite pulp female name - Frenchy O'Rourke.

(Guess it depends on her nationality though...   )

Try writers'names : Amelia Eckhart sounds good, I think, or Julia Kristeva.
Why not Virginia Woolf ?

Or for retro-French : Colette Primevère*, Nicole Jonquille*, Chantal Myosotis*, Bernadette Tulipe*.

all the * are flowers.

Names culled from spam lists need careful editing though, or you'll end up with a heroine called Sally PenisWallop.
