Anybody use Army Builder to make army lists?

I am using it, but not for  Victory Decision.
I never found the time to do AB files, there was always the next project or book to do...

I use if for W40k but have not been playing that much lately. I'd like to use it for Victory Decision and Disposable Heroes. I think I may take a stab at making my own AB file.

I am afraid so far no one volunteered to create the necessary files. 
So at the moment no force building program.
