No figures. These were made for a death racing game I converted from some chariot racing rules which has no rules for dismounted crews.
For modelling purposes, I still wouldn't mind gunners for a couple of the cars. The couple heads you might see in hatches are just tank commander heads from 15mm Flames of War vehicles, though, I believe 20mm is the closer scale to these cars.
