Stop the train...
« on: 03 July 2012, 09:24:53 AM »
Added a train to the collection for the old west.

Found the inspiration on the railway gaming board  inspiration drawn from MIchi's posts ,and fell lucky getting it at great price.

figures are Black Scorpion and river was a figure from the Blue Moon tombstone civilians set wearing dungarees

just need a carriage or two to finish it off - all in due time

Wonderful to see another of those great Bachmann 0n30 engines! Your weathering of the locomotive is much more decent than mine, but really beautiful!

Wow.  That is great.  Where can I get my sticky mitts on one of them for a reasonable price?

Looks very good  8)

£32 is a bargin for something like that (to be honest, £120 isn't that bad either).

cheers

I second that. It´s a model train, not a toy after all. Model engines in this scale can easily exceed 500 Euros.

thanks guys

nice idea to play a train robbery. have you play a game with that until now?

It comes with a base paint job - all shiny and clean. I did the weathering and added the driver

Not played one yet - got one planned once i get hold of a carriage - the search is on the way.

I second that. It´s a model train, not a toy after all.
Exactly it is still capable of running as a model train  - I would certainly make a profit if chose to sell it!

I'm only looking for scenery/ an objective, so won't be paying that much.

You did a great job with the painting.
