Just had a thought - if LAM Turks were done that would be a fine excuse for LAM "Knights of Malta".

I can picture the Grand Master of the Order in my mind's eye... 8)

And Old Glory Shipyard already makes the galleys!  ;)

For foes, I'd like to see a variety of 'Boschian' and 'Brueghelian' critters:

a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

Really cool idea Dr. Mathias.  :-*
It would be really interesting to see some Bosch creations in miniature.

A REAL chaos army!  :D

The H Bosch monsters are a subject that I've been meaning to sculpt since I started but never have the time! I love them so much I have one tattooed on me!  ;D

Aye, they sell them in the UK National Gallery giftshop. TBH I'm not overly impressed with them in the flesh, maybe I'm just too much of a miniature's man!

You know what, prof? If you want to talk about doing this I'd be really interested in helping you out, depending how you work with sculptors for LAM. 8)

Yes, the inclusion of weird monsters would make this range the greatest ever made. Imagine the scenarios.

Including Bruegel style monsters would set this range apart from pretty much everything else on the market for sure.

In lieu of other opponents for Bruegelberg, there's its alter-ego 'Boschstadt' (think Springfield and Shelbyville in the Simpsons). While one is a 'free town', the other might be amongst the holdings of a noble, who jealous of the loss of potential trade to his town by the proximity of the other, might be constantly plotting and acting against them. The forces involved would be pretty much identical, Militia and Landsknechts for the most part, with some rural and urban knights (the range needs these!) thrown into the mix... and cannon of course.

 ;)
