TLS don't (currently) use tech like this (although that may change in the upcoming Program Guide) - HOWEVER, as those who've read the excellent "On Location" Supplement are aware "The Iron Ceiling" (A rogue Airborne Soviet organization, led by the infamous Cloud Commissar Rostov) have an Air-Base (Called "Cloud 9") this would be PERFECT for!
