28mm Selenites: More pics added
« on: September 19, 2012, 08:30:10 PM »
Working on an army of these bugs, 28mm tall.

There's a range of guns, from the standard trooper:

Support Rifles:

Heavy weapon:

Staffs

Sword and Buckler

There are 50 or so in the works, with full command so you'll be able to field a full force.

Will pop more pictures as they're finished and then they'll be going up for sale.

If you're interested drop me a mail at
agsculpting-selenite@yahoo.co.uk

Cheers

Love them!

very fun and quirky, just my thing  :D

Not sure I understand though on the selling: are you making them to sell to casters, or you're casting them yourself and selling them ingeneral, or making a finite group of 50 and selling them as a limited (to 1) group for personal use?

@ laughing ferret:

The original figures will be available to buy with repro rights, I won't be casting them myself.

Now they look fantastic. I've been hunting for some decent alien troops for a long time now and they'd fit the bill perfectly. Now if only I had the capital I'd run with them as fast as me little legs would carry me.

Really nice, as usual. :) But I feel they would have had even more of a bug/insectoid look if they would have had 6 limbs instead of 4.

Still; pretty cool concept and a whole army would no doubt look excellent...

Great concept and really nice work, I love how the heads are just a little oversized. I'd be all over these like a tramp on chips if I saw them at a show.

Hi all,

These guys are all finished up. There are 6 each of the rifles, long rifles, heavy support, spears and swords. Then there are 2 war drummers, 2 standard bearer, 2 Champions, and 2 Queen castes.

Thought I just post the link to the pictures as there are a fair few of them.

The greens are available with repro rights, drop me a mail at agsculpting-selenite@yahoo.co.uk if you'd like some more info.

Cheers

Adam
