Empire of the dead Character Stats

Picked up the rules and box sets at the Derby show this weekend plus the Reaper deathlight special character. My question is, are there any specific stats for him/her or do you just use them as one of the normal characters? I had a look on the Westwind forum but in all honesty this place is more active when it comes to EOTD.
Just interested, I also want to pull some stats together for the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, has anyone done this already? (Which would be great)
