The Weasley Wretches
« on: 30 October 2012, 08:58:34 PM »
I have some of these on order from Mutton Chop but I am looking for some other figures that will fit in with them stylistically, any ideas?
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.

Have you looked at Musketeer miniatures Brigands in their interwar range. Also sculpted by Paul Hicks, suitable for VBCW and interwar pulp. They don't look quite so inhuman but still have the VBCW meets "The Road" feel.

Regards

Jim

I second the Musketeer brits and irish. Second option is Empress spanish civil war figs, also by Paul Hicks. They don't have british guns though.

The faces always reminded me of GW's Lord of the Rings Ruffians. Wouldn't be easy to convert, but it could work:
