Smooth & Rifled Colonial Adventures
« on: 30 November 2012, 03:05:39 PM »
Hi all first post and step into historical miniatures, I am coming from a Warmachine and bloodbowl  background but I am a history nut and I have decided to make the leap into historical and quasi historical gaming. Anyways my first purchase was a Skirmish game called Smooth & rifled, seems like a decent game, simple, fast, not a lot of figures needed and something I can teach to my grade 7 class to help teach the wars that were fought in Canada.
As a personal project I am making a colonial Campaign for the rule set, the makers of the game were nice enough to release the point build system to me so I can build unique semi historical and completely made up one that are battling for a fictitious Island off the coast of Africa. Anyways I am rather isolated where I live and the nearest group of war gamers is 200+ kilometres away roughly a 2 and half hour drive away. So I am looking for people who own Smooth &Rifled and will test my army lists for me or are interested in taking a active hand in designing the campaign.
Cheers,
Irish.
