They look very impressive! As someone working on similar figures, you couldn't have posted this at a better time :D Nice work! Love the command unit.

Wow, fantastic. I Never heard of the 95th before, but now I  read the regimental history and it is a perfect background for a novell Series! Someone has to write it!

I can see the problem though, some TV company will get hold of it and have a really naff budget for extras  :( Can you imagine Waterloo with only 50 extras in it...

cheers

Did this little known regiment fight in Spain and Portugal? I'll have to look it up. I've heard it's cheap to film in the Crimea, which bears a slight resemblance to Iberia, so the naff budget can be increased to cover 55 extras. I think this could work.

Also, top brushwork and love the mounted officer.

Is the mounted officer a stock figure or a conversion? I've not seen one before but it could be because this unit is such a recent discovery. I take it so little is known because we only had three days to find out?

I dont know why, but I have a feeling this regiment should be led by a surly yorkshire man, who cant sword fight, but seems to win all the time and get all the ladies...and his irish mate who carrys a big gun and shots a lot when he fires it!

And get some cheap actor, maybe named after a vegetable, to play the lead, that'll keep costs down!

Cheers for the kind commments guys.

The decal numbers are from Alban miniatures and the green is Citadel dark angels green then mixed with varying levels of Skull white to highlight it up.

Minis are a mix of Perry metals and plastics with head swaps, Offensive miniatures (two with foraging caps) and a Perry mounted officier and casualty.

I tried to make every mini in the unit with a different pose to make the overall unit animated and they were based on small bases to enable them to skirimish or fight as a ranked up unit.
