Labourers
« on: 15 January 2013, 12:04:34 PM »
I'm looking for some figures (28mm) to represent hired labourers and/or slaves in Egypt and the Sudan. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Here's a direct link to Askari's "Egyptian Digging Crew" which sounds like exactly what you seek:

Both the BTD Persians & the Askari Egyptians give me an idea for a game I have been planning using some sort of Riot scenario based on the WSS article or the Fwee Bwian article (very old WI IIRC). Of course it will also involve some IR Auxiliaries and possibly a Very Naughty Boy!  ;)
Cheers,

Shame about the postage from the US.  :(

Thanks for this! I was considering doing a sort of slave caravan (cheery idea, I know) and these may be just the ticket.

Might consider conversions for this from the Perry range, too (will I bring myself to buy plastics, is the real question here lol ).
