Nice work - you've got some lovely toys there.

Great report and photos!  Thanks for sharing.  Sounds like it was a fun game.

We used a turn activation system I "borrowed" from Gruntz. Worked quite well..

"The Germas lost 2 guys in the quick sand, the French woke a mummy who followed them around, the British awoke a beast from Beyond, and the German Uhlans found the Guardian of the Eternal Spring. "

Not sure of the whole order of battle, but sounds like something for everyone.  :D

Great fun indeed!

What's happening first weekend in April? Several of us will be down from Nebraska for Recruits.

This is amazing
napoleonic style Uhlans combined with British colonials combined with French WWI troops - love it!
not to mention the "unhistorical" stuff

excuse my lazyness Herr Baron, is there a place on Your blog where You have presented the participating units? Angle of shooting and lighting in the daguerrotypes do not allow for the full appreciation of the creativity although an action report is always welcome

The_Beast, are you referring to RECRUITS (I'll be running a Fistful of Lead game and hopefully a PulpAlley one) or Our Thursday night game. If we're having out of town guests, I can definitely pul something special together. I live just north of the RECRUITS site in the home Harry Truman, Independence.
former user, I don't have any posed shots but I'll see what I can put together.

As an out-of-con is probably not in the cards, I'm sure VSF Gamer and I will try to sneak into one of your at-con ones.

Something tells me we've chatted in person, and have just not 2 + 2'd  who's who.

I'm the long-bearded one under the Gauntlet Games sign.  :D
