Junkers, you might as well be interested in Clearco's stuff, so let's wait and see what he ends up doing (I'm quite confident I'll like what he'll achieve).

Of course! Keep me informed about his progress and where to find them when are finished and ready. =)

Not sure about Sidi-Ifni uniforms, but... how about US Vietnam for parachutists? And american figurines with WWII german heads for infantry?

I think it would fit very well. Here are a pair of photos of spanish parachutists of Sidi-Ifni war. The uniform looks very similar comparated with the US Army one.

Junkers, yoy may have seen Clearco's progress. Anyway, here you have his thread on this matter:
http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=51299.0

For my very own 72mm soldier I can show you the head:

The Seal of the Army is an Eagle with the Cross of St. James, I tried my best, I promise.

The scuba mask was of course an issue. I finally covered it with a neck warmer ;D

Once I made the arms (from a scuba diver neoprene wetsuit to a regular uniform) and some additional work on the boots and so, the model finally looks this way:

As usual, you can have a look at the whole stupidity mumbling process here:

Hey Suber, this guy looks fantastic, great sculpting, especially the Cross of St. James. I would never have guess he was a Navy Seal if I didn't go to your blog.

Cheers,
 Damien

Real Lifetm is becoming pretty demanding lately, so I work really slow :(.
However, I can show you some progress:

Only the uniform, but well, it's something:

I don't feel capable of painting pixels and square angles. I tried my best though. It looks fine from a distance, trust me:

As usual you can check my crappy pics (and laugh at them) here:

Camo looks great! It's just difficult to hide with desert camo against a dark foam background ;) :D

It will great when finished  :-*

Finished at last! :) The pics are totally ugly, that's something I really have to learn to.

This is the aspect of the body (before I added some dirt):

(I called him "López", if you can see the name badge; no special reason, easy to write and really common surname)

These are supposed to be the NATO and the ISAF badges, but that's all I managed to achieve. I need a better brush and much more practice!

When finished, he looks like this:

All my mumblings about the model are here:

Now for different stuff...

Thank you! I tend to look after stupid tiny details, with different degrees of success :?. I'm currently turning this concept into 28mm and it is a whole different world!
