How to make crops?

what are your all's techniques for making crop fields?

Coir doormats are great for cereal crops; corduroy doormats make good ploughed fields and flock can be added for new growth; branches from mini christmas trees make decent cornfields. I pick up most of my stuff from places like Wilkinsons and poundshops.

Would be very interested in seeing some pics of the christmas corn fields if you have any?

I'll try and dig one out over the weekend. I placed the branches too close together so would change that for my next batch.

I must apologise, I completely forgot. Currentl in Wales so will get a photo once I get back later this week. It's nothing spectacular though!
