Black Hat Shattered Isles Size?

Hello,

Does anybody know how Black Hat's 28mm fantasy line size up against other ranges? Hoping they're the chunky heroic style that Foundry use as they have some useful figures in their range!

The conquistadwarves scale nicely with Foundry, a tad smaller but not out of place.
The halflings are on the small side of 28mm, imho
The early figures were originally done by Crusader if that helps.

Agree about the Dwarves, a bit smaller, but fit in very well with the foundry ones.

I was looking at the Highland Dwarfs the other day too.  I'm wondering how I can justify a horde of haggises!

What you need to ask yourself is, how can you not justify a horde of haggises?

I have some buccaneer orcs, they're nice and chunky in comparison to my 80s Citadel orc collection. A bit beefier, but not by much.

I will echo the point on the black hat dwarves and foundry, also worth getting are the BTD dwarves with muskets they fit in pretty well

and if you want to go all out White Knights dwarves are a must, I am building an army with all 3
