The Law and The Mob
« on: 08 April 2013, 02:05:40 AM »
Greetings Folks,

Here's the first installment of my 1930's effort. I've been making a film noir set for a while now using printed card terrain and now the time has come to prepare some inhabitants. Pics of the terrain to follow soon.

All figures by Copplestone:

The Law

The Mob (#1)
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

Very nice looking figures. I really like the highlighting and shading on all of them.

Top work.

Copplestone?

Waiting for the buildings!  ;)

Thanks for sharing.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

These certainly do look good, I particularly like the guy with the tommy gun who didn't shave this morning!

Thanks for the kind replies.
Here is the next Mob installment. I only have a few more mobsters to paint up then it's on to the Feds.

Now that is what I call a superb paintjob!
Subtle, yet extremely effective shading and highlighting. Fantastic colour palette as well.
Congrats!
Panic, Chaos and Disorder. My job here is done

the guy in the middle of the last gangsters looks like a spitting image of the guy that played gordon geko whos name eludes me.

It does look like Michael Douglas now that you mention it.
