Greetings

it has been some time since I last saw such high command minis. And the banner is top notch too.

Raz, what the heck is that soldier in his hand (lower right pic). Is that a towel? 8)

Great job, thank you and good luck

Great match-up and a very tough decision! The elves are great, the Metal Magic sorceress is a splendid addition and I like the colour scheme you chose, not very standard but still very fitting. The banner and shield are very cool too!

The troopers are also great: very nice and subtle conversions and a clean paint job as always Raz! The control pad looks cool as well even though it does look a bit like a towel  :D

Let me see the banners fly

I love the high elves; really nice old school miniatures,  great selection and a really cool back drop. But I'm afraid that jungle troopers win this one!

Cheers

Those High Elves look good, mate. It's a nice addition to your army. The colour scheme is quite different from what you usually see and it works really well imho. The banner and shields came out great. Good luck!

As Pil said the trooper on the right in the bottom row is holding a control pad and not a towel, although I can understand the confusion lol. It's one of the hands that EM4 provides in the trooper command conversion set (a set of 10 random hands with pistols, grenades, smg's, med-pack, control pad and a pointing hand), great for conversions! 8) Both of the leaders hands came from this set as well. The original model is holding an assault rifle in his right hand (which the trooper second from the right received) and is holding his left hand in a stop sign (this hand was given to the trooper second from the left). The trooper second from the right normally holds an smg in his right hand. I cut it off and as said replaced it with the leaders assault rifle. The smg was given to the trooper second from the left, who is normally holding a pistol in his right hand like the model on the far right and a grenade in his left hand, which I replaced on both models.

Tough choice, again. I had to go back and forth before finally casting my vote. All I can say is I'm glad I didn't face either one of these...! Great work, guys!

That's a ncie entry Raz. You must have quite a sizeable force of these troopers now? I'll need to see them up close again or rather some nice overviews of your collection after the rounds are finished.

Thanks for the nice comments. This LPL was just the push I needed to finish my characters and get a small army of these guys done. Really love how the LPL helps me finish projects that were somehow never finished during the year.

That was a tough choice, both were very good, but for me the banner on the elves shaded it.
