Sadly the boy scout stopped (many ) bullets for the sake of King and Country...  :'(

but as it is a large and still growing  movement (well in 1913 ) there are plenty more brave souls to take his place... :D

It really has that old gentlemen Club feel to it (as pointed out earlier). Lovely.  :)
Too many projects... not enough time...

Hi there...
It's been a while.....

Just a little post to say that the latest issue of Wargames Illustrated has an article on H. G. Well,s Little Wars ...... Penned ( or should that be P.C.ed ) buy little old me. :D
The only downside is that there are pictures of me.... Sadly dispelling the illusion of me being a muscle bound Adonis . :o  lol

All the best. Aly

Good grief, Carruthers! My friend Fusilier Dan found this elderly yet beautifully formed thread of inspirational posts to inspire us as we do our own shiny soldier project, with appropriate rules and buildings.

Bezzo, I'll hold you to that and await your photo's. Howard and I played again tonight and the action was so hot that I forgot to pick up my camera.

Its great to see other people that are as daft/enlightened as me  :D...

I am still painting Little Britons but for various reasons... mostly to do with real life I haven't focused on the sculpting...
I shall get back to it though as I really enjoy my shiny toys...
