Some new pics of a just finished model, but I can't show them here cause it has a swastika on the roof. So I'll give you for once the link to my Blog post.

http://20mmandthensome.blogspot.nl/2013/05/beobachtungspanzer-iii.html

Next time it will be pics without swastikas again :)

More Heroics and Ross goodness.

Bergepanzer III (with Doms Decal Balkenkreuz)

And again, for a real table size at 20-30 cm's. look at the insert. Added a crane, a fuel drum and what was supposed to look like an engine. It should have been upright though, not flat like it is (bad for engine)

Opel Blitz

Fiat 626

Hope you like em. Tell me if you like the camouflage, or not.

I think your camo works well for the viewing distance. I like it.

Always a problem trying to paint and picture 1/300. It is possible to add a lot of painted detail that only serves to make the figures look cluttered and messy seen from too close.
Your style really suits the models.

Thx Rob

Since I can never resist doing wrecks (and have a reputation to uphold), here is one that can double as scenery as well as an objective or a destroyed marker.

See insert for view at 30 cm range. Boxes made from square bits of sprue, wheels are from a 1/288 airliner kit, model is a Heroics and Ros Blitz truck minus the tilt. 30mm round base.

Your 6mm painting is better than my 15mm vehicle painting  :(

And some more.

Finished the Beobachtungs Renault UE

A 222 on a Recce base

And a Funklenk StuG to command my Borgwards (soon, very soon)

StuG had some pretty heavy mouldlines, and the camo didn't work out as planned so just in plain yellow. Maybe next time.

Doms Decals wherever you can see them, UE on a 20x20mm base, the rest on a 40x20mm base, and antennas in the right places  ;)

Lordy, these look so nice. Just consider how much enlargened they are in the pics, and yet so neat and skillful painting.  :o I don't think my painting would stand up to such scrutiny.

Rob, I have a ton of stuff from Leven that I need to paint scenery wise.

Yes, Piers is selling his as Cyrill is selling his 6mm boards. He is sending me a 6mm goodie bag though.

The Leven pieces are superb, best quality and value 6mm buildings I have seen bar none. I have just converted his post Windmill into a Russian log tower one.
