Suspicions of Mr Whicher
« on: 12 May 2013, 08:11:04 PM »
New prog just started on ITV.
Set in London this time.

Very dark but some good inspiring scenery at the moment.
Gary, Glynis, and Alasdair (there are three of us, but we are too mean to have more than one login)

Have been missing out on this as it thought it was a serialisation of the book, which I found tiresome.

Looks very good now I have had a butchers.

Damn!

Actually the dramatisation of the book was probably a better story than this one.

But we only watch for the buildings and costumes anyway.

Aha! Recorded this one. I shall retire to my chambers tomorrow evening with a bottle of fine port and a worthy cigar to observe and digest.
Don't!

Didnt actually watch this episode properly as it was half way through when I realised it wasnt the story from the book.
My missus seemed to like it, though.

But we only watch for the buildings and costumes anyway.

I must confess: I did keep looking at the screen for just that reason.... ::)
