I believe they are vintage Citadel (GW) miniatures.

Sorry, there was no real decision for me. Couldn't see anything of the painting quality on the dwarfs as the pic is way too dark. So my vote went to the nicely executed and photographed Menoths. I still think this is a painting competition, so at least I would like to see something of the painting ...

Now that'a a match-up!! I agree that the photo of the chaos stunties is a little dark but you can still make out the fine brush work. A real head choice.
