The Inscrutable Dr. Lo Chan Fu - 7TV villain

Hi all! Inspired by a couple of recent games of 7TV I decided to try my hand at creating a couple of 7TV Villains. The first is Dr. Lo Chan Fu, inspired by Fu Manchu and Lo Pan.
